Do your children have good posture when carrying their backpack?

Excess weight in backpacks can cause back, neck and shoulder pain.

Over time this can cause poor posture such as back curvature, rounded shoulders and forward tilt.

When using the backpack in a single shoulder the column will try to compensate the extra weight by leaning to the side creating an imbalance throughout the body.

The use of backpacks with narrow straps can interfere with circulation since these straps can pinch the nerves causing possible tingling, numbness, and weakness in the arms and hands.
